How the service works

When you text our Jewelry Concierge, you agree to receive SMS replies relating to your inquiry and its resolution. These may include assistance with jewelry sizing, product details, availability, customization, appointments and existing orders, including requested product links or images.

Contacting Jewelry Concierge does not subscribe you to marketing messages. These terms apply specifically to the Jewelry Concierge messaging service.

Opting out

You can stop receiving Jewelry Concierge text messages at any time by replying STOP to our concierge number. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent through this service unless you opt in again.
