How to Use:
Cleanser: Shake before use. Pump a little foam into your hand and smooth over your face using circular movements. Then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Lip Balm: Smooth onto your lips. Apply generously after exposure to the elements.
Darker Skin Tones Hyaluronic Serum: Apply a few drops of the serum evenly to your face, eye area and neck before gently patting it in. Allow full absorption before following with Dr. Barbara Sturm's Face Cream.
Face Cream: Use after cleansing the skin. Apply gently to the face, neck and décolleté as well as to delicate skin around the eyes.
Face Mask: Apply at least 2-3 times a week, after cleansing. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, allowing to soak into the skin entirely, before taking it off with lukewarm water. For an intensive treatment, keep it on until it has dried and is no longer visible before rubbing it off in gentle motions.
Super Anti-Aging Hand Cream: Apply as needed, for healthy, hydrated skin. For hands that are extremely dry, the cream can be used as a nourishing hand mask once or twice a week.
The Better B Niacinamide Serum: Apply evenly in the morning and evening to the face, neck and décolleté, in gentle tapping motions.
Super Anti-Aging Eye Cream: Gently pat into the delicate skin around the eyes. Apply in the AM and PM.
Brightening Serum: Pour one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply it over your face. Gently pat into your skin.
Super Anti-Aging Serum: Place one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply onto the face, eye area and neck, gently patting it in.
Anti-Aging Body Cream: Massage into your skin in circular motions until it is completely absorbed.
Super Anti-Aging Neck & Décolleté Cream: Apply gently in upward movements to cleansed skin on the neck and décolleté. Use morning and evening.

Clarifying Mask: Apply generously to cleansed skin at least twice a week. After approximately 10-15 minutes, remove the mask with lukewarm water.
The Good C Vitamin C Serum: Place one pipette length into the palm of your hand and distribute over the face using gentle tapping motions. Avoid the eye area.
Repair Hair Mask: Massage into wet hair after shampooing, allowing 1-3 minutes for the ingredients to be absorbed. Rinse thoroughly.
Balancing Toner: Appy after cleansing, it removes residue from makeup and excess oil, while regulating the skin’s delicate pH balance that can be altered even by the alkalinity of tap water.
Anti-Pollution Drops: Dispense a full pipette in the palm of your hand and apply to the face, eye, and neck area using a gentle patting motion. A few drops of the serum can be mixed with the Face Cream or applied undiluted.
Calming Serum: Place one pipette length of the serum into the palm of your hand and apply onto the face, eye area and neck, gently patting it in. To reduce skin sensitivity, use regularly in the morning and/or evening.
Anti-Aging Primer: Apply after cleansing or putting on the Face Cream. Start at the center of your face and work outwards in circular motions. Allow to absorb into the skin for one minute before applying your makeup.
Enzyme Cleanser: Use 2-3 times a week as part of your daily cleansing routine. Place a coin-sized amount of powder into the palm of your hand, then add lukewarm water to work it into a gentle foam. Smooth generously over your face to create a soft foam and rinse off. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, you can use daily.
Clarifying Face Serum: Use in the morning and/or evening. Apply gently to your face, neck and décolleté as well as the delicate area around the eyes after cleansing.
