3. How can I return an in-store purchase?
Items purchased in store may be returned to our retail store. Returns with an original or email receipt will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and in the original packaging with all original designer, Olivela, and seal tags attached. Packaging may include hangers, plastic wrap, boxes, dust covers, and garment bags.
Items purchased in store may also be returned by mail. To initiate an online return, please log into your Olivela account, open your order history, and click "Return an Item."
