How to Use:
Head to Toe Muscle Rub: Apply to body and massage gently. Use several times daily for best results. Do not apply to broken, abraded skin; do not use when pregnant or nursing.
Head to Toe Relief tablets: Take 3 tablets as needed, up to 3 times per day. Discontinue when pain subsides. Do not take when pregnant.
Body Cupping Kit: Place cups on skin, at least one inch apart. Press firmly on the button, hold for several seconds and release to create a tugging sensation. After 15 minutes, press down on skin around cup and slowly lift to release.
Acupressure Mat Set: Use once weekly or daily for about 20-30 minutes per session for best results. Reference the WTHN How-To Guide to learn different positions that help maximize benefits.
