CAALO is changing luxury outerwear by creating a collection of incredibly chic, water-resistant coats—from trenches that can be converted into cropped jackets, to reversible down coats— that are produced sustainably at ethical factories and manufactured locally in New York City, creating a smaller carbon footprint. Workers are paid a living wage and work in safe conditions, and recycled fabrics are used throughout the collection with items produced in small runs so there's little excess waste.
